BIMS Implementations are based on the Agile SCRUM Methodology, employing Sprints as the unit of measure (time boxing) for a specific period of implementation. For this approach with the Extended Sprint, we employ two week Sprints. During the Planning Meeting the Team will determine the priority tasks to be completed during the Sprint. It includes:

• Initial Kick-off meeting with client
• Orientation of Products and Contact Templates
• Guidance for the company profile form to be completed
• Planning Meeting and backlog documentation
• Daily Stand-up Meetings
• Demo Meeting
• Retrospective Meeting

These Sprints typically take into consideration a scope of between 55 and 62 points of difficulty.
