BIMS Agile Sprint
BIMS Implementations are based on the Agile SCRUM Methodology, employing Sprints as the unit of measure (time boxing) for a specific period of implementation. For this approach, we employ one week for each Sprint. During the Planning Meeting the Team will determine the priority tasks to be completed during the Sprint. It includes:
