To have a clear understanding of the priorities and weaknesses in my business is critical, as it will be simpler to select or discard potential solutions. As an example, maybe its your billing that needs improvement or your inventory, maybe its your financial or accounting reports that take too long to produce and you don’t have information on hand to make decisions.
Take some time and make a list of the priorities in your business and what you want to improve. This will be the list against which you will evaluate solutions and be able to select the one that best meets you needs.
