BIMS Assisted is an implementation approach that provides a greater level of support to clients in the integration of BIMS EPR to their operations. This package is available for BIMS PRIMO and BIMS ESSENTIAL clients. It includes:

• Initial Kick-off session with client to understand the client’s operations and workflows
• Provide coaching in the completion of Master Data templates for products, pricing and customer/supplier data
• Live training for personal based on roles and functions within the business. These sessions are recorded so that the client may study them later on.
• Up to four one hour sessions with the client to walk through questions and processes during implementation or go live.

This implementation package is valid for a period of two weeks from the date of the Kick-off meeting. Additional assistance is available after the two weeks through purchase of an additional implementation package or individual consultant hours.
