BIMS Coaching is a low cost implementation strategy that will work for some clients. It is only available for BIMS PRIMO clients. It includes:

• Initial Kick-off Meeting to understand the business operations and provide the clients with an orientation on the implementation process, along with the data templates that will need to be completed.
• Company configuration in BIMS and general setup (printing formats, roles and user configuration, organizational structure)
• Access to our online video training program
• Two one hour sessions with a consultant to respond to questions and help the client work some general exercises in BIMS

This implementation package is valid for a period of two weeks from the date of the Kick-off meeting. Additional assistance is available after the two weeks through purchase of an additional implementation package or individual consultant hours.
